Job Description
Comatrix Collection Service is seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist Trainer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves preparing training materials, introducing new employees to the company, and providing ongoing support to underperforming staff. Candidates should have an HND/B.Sc qualification and 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a loan collection company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating training materials.
- Conducting engaging training sessions.
- Supporting employees in skill improvement.
Salary: N120,00 Monthly.
