Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to join our team in the Ikeja area of Lagos. This full-time position involves overseeing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, and delivering outstanding customer service to secure timely payments. We offer a competitive salary of NGN 50,00, coupled with commissions and bonuses. Additionally, our hybrid work model supports three days of remote work each week.
Ideal candidates will possess strong debt collection and financial skills, alongside analytical prowess and exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Relevant experience in collections or finance is preferred, and a minimum qualification of SSCE is required.
