Job Description

Sabipromote seeks a professional Collection Officer to join our Allen, Lagos team. Full-time role with a salary of ₦80,00/month.

Key responsibilities:

• Recover outstanding payments and manage overdue accounts.
• Contact customers, collect payments (cash, bank transfer, cheque), and issue receipts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate disputed accounts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SSCE or OND; collections experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, basic numeracy, integrity.
• Ability to work independently; role may involve fieldwork and flexible hours within Lagos.
