Job Description
Kenedri Services is currently seeking a Collection Officer to join our team. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting borrowers to collect overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements. You will also maintain accurate records of loan collections, handle customer inquiries related to loan payments, and adhere to company policies and legal requirements during the collection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact borrowers to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of loan collections.
- Handle customer inquiries related to loan payments.
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements during the collection process.
- Report on collection activities and progress to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet collection targets.
- Utilize communication skills to build rapport and trust with borrowers.
- Keep up-to-date with loan policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in collection preferred.
- Ability to commute to Ikeja.
- Ability to relocate to Ikeja before starting work.
