Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Collection and Recovery Agent to join our team at Altara Credit Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments and resolve outstanding balances via phone or in-person visits
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and queries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
• Identify and escalate potential fraud cases
• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in collections and recovery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary

N54,00 – N82,00 Monthly.
