Ingenuity HR Solutions is currently recruiting for its esteemed client, Gavice Logistics Limited, in the Coldroom industry. We are seeking a dedicated Coldroom Operator/Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement standardized procedures for handling perishable food items.
• Ensure temperature control and hygiene practices to minimize spoilage.
• Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Outline proper handling techniques and emergency protocols.
• Manage inventory levels through physical counts and data reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years experience in the Food Coldroom chain.

Remuneration: ₦250,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month.
