Job Description
Manage daily operations and performance across a cluster of locations to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers while enforcing operational standards, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. Analyze P&L statements, set targets, manage budgets, and implement local initiatives to improve KPIs. Coordinate staffing, training, and schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service levels. Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and field teams, providing timely reports, action plans, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Required: 3–5 years multi‑unit management experience; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; willingness to travel.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with retail and operations systems.
