Job Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing staff, establishing business objectives, enhancing revenue strategies, and promptly addressing any grievances. Key responsibilities include implementing disciplinary actions and ensuring the club consistently surpasses monthly revenue targets while maintaining superior equipment and facilities.
Ideal candidates should possess an OND, HND, or BSC in Business Management, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a lounge or club management role. Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills are vital for success in this position.
