Job Description
Ollan Pharmacy Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to become a valuable member of our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. In this vital role, you will focus on optimizing medication therapy, delivering patient-centered care, and working collaboratively with healthcare providers to enhance health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth medication reviews and create tailored pharmaceutical care plans.
- Work alongside healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication usage.
- Educate patients on disease management and their respective treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to therapies.
Requirements: A B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree, a valid PCN license, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and 1-2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy environment are preferred.
