An aesthetic clinic in Abuja is hiring a Clinic Operations Supervisor & Esthetician-in-Training. The ideal candidate will oversee daily clinic operations and be willing to train in aesthetics for a minimum of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day clinic activities and staff
Ensure cleanliness, inventory control, and facility readiness
Handle customer service, complaints, and upselling of services/products
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports
Undergo hands-on aesthetics training
Requirements:
Graduate of any discipline
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer-literate and social media savvy
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
