Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Oversee Front of House, including Reception and waiting area
• Handle incoming calls for appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Confirm appointments and maintain patient records
• Manage mail and communication channels
• Provide administrative assistance to the Clinic Manager
• Exhibit a positive attitude and customer service excellence
• Process financial transactions and perform daily duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptional communication
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Available on Saturdays and Public Holidays

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From ₦100,00.00 per month
