Job Description
HRPayHub seeks a proactive, articulate Client Support Officer based in Abeokuta. You will act as the primary client contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media; manage inquiries and CRM follow-ups; support digital marketing with posts and comments; create short video or voice presentations; and liaise with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve client experience.
- Requirements: strong written and spoken English, social media and basic computer skills.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred; comfortable with short recordings; full-time availability required.
