Job Description
Our client, a real estate organization is seeking an enthusiastic Client Sourcing Specialist to bridge the gap between sellers and buyers. Responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, assisting clients, and staying informed on market trends.
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote sales through various channels
- Assess clients’ needs and offer solutions
- Negotiate deals, provide market insights, and manage documentation
- Conduct property valuations and update listings
- Stay updated on real estate trends
Qualification/Requirements:
- HND/BSc in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years real estate sales experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Salary/Benefits: ₦70,00 + commission, trainings, and perks
