We are seeking a Client Services Representative to provide exceptional client support, manage accounts, and coordinate solutions with internal teams. Responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries; maintaining accurate CRM records; escalating and resolving client issues; and assisting with client onboarding and renewals.

Qualifications: 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM systems, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
