Job Description

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Your main duties include understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver services effectively and meet client expectations.

• Manage client accounts and provide personalized service
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Monitor client performance metrics and prepare reports
• Address client queries and concerns in a timely manner

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in client management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field are preferred.
