Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Management Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Address and resolve any issues during the campaign lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and campaign details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or account management.
• Strong understanding of Outdoor advertising and media planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
