Job Description
As a Client Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience with our real estate services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the real estate process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, with a strong background in both legal and customer service aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Legal Expertise: Provide legal guidance and support to clients, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Lagos, Nigeria.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong background in legal matters related to real estate transactions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
