Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Officer. As a Client Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and providing product and service information. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of CRM software is highly desirable.
