Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
  • Prioritize maximum client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics to enhance overall service quality.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and provide clients with relevant updates.

Requirements:

  • A fresh graduate from Federal Universities or Polytechnic with First Class or Second Class Upper in Marketing or a related field.
  • Relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Female (for gender balance).
