Job Description
Snappy Credit Limited, a premier Fintech company located in Ikeja, is inviting applications for the position of Client Loan Support Officer. This role involves guiding clients through swift loan applications on our online platform.
Company Benefits: Competitive basic salary of ₦60,00, along with daily and weekly bonuses, phone reimbursement, a one-week structured training program, and a hybrid work option. Salary reviews will occur every 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, assist in the loan application process, monitor repayment schedules, and ensure accurate maintenance of client records.
Qualifications: OND or higher in a relevant field, proven customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
