Job Description

The First Quality Group, an established holding company in the United Kingdom with interests in Energy and Healthcare, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Client Account Managers. This role is crucial to our business development plans.

As a Client Account Manager, you will:

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills, gained through customer care service experience, to actively listen and engage with clients.
  • Show ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
  • Meet set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent initiative.
  • Display good business acumen.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and clear information to customers regarding their renewal.
  • Contacting potential clients to schedule meetings for the commercial manager.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Adhering to strict codes of practice, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Posing relevant open-ended questions to win new business.
  • Consistently delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • A degree in any relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in tele-sales, customer care service, call service, sales advisory, or a related role.
  • Prior experience in UK business-to-business space is advantageous.

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Island, Lagos State.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to N250,00, based on skills and experience.
  • Company bonus scheme.
  • Uncapped commission structure, with an average weekly earning of N50,00.

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month.

Experience: Customer Service (Preferred) – 2 years.
