Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and organized environment.

2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas regularly, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

3. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately, following established guidelines for recycling and proper disposal.

4. Report any repairs needed to the supervisor.

5. Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages to the facility manager.

6. Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are covered efficiently.

7. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

8. Report any security or safety concerns observed during cleaning duties.

9. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Ability to handle cleaning equipment and cleaning agents safely.

3. Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

5. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

6. Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and report any issues.

7. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends.

8. Reliable and punctual attendance.

9. Must be residing within Lekki phase 1, or Ajah Axis.
