Job Responsibilities:
- Process and adjudicate health insurance claims accurately and promptly.
- Verify member eligibility and coverage.
- Investigate potential fraud and resolve member complaints.
- Maintain and update claims records meticulously.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- 1-3 years of claims processing experience.
- Strong understanding of health insurance plans.
