We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Church Corporate Support Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our church’s corporate operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain church’s corporate documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in financial management and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate and support various departments in their daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications materials.
• Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in corporate support services are preferred.
