Job Description
The Chief Strategy and Risk Officer will lead corporate strategy, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans, identifying and assessing risks, designing mitigation frameworks, aligning cross-functional initiatives, advising the CEO and board, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to the CEO and partners with department heads to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Qualifications: 10+ years in strategy, risk, or finance; proven leadership; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Required experience with ERM and scenario planning; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
