Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to direct enterprise security strategy, risk management, and incident response to protect people, assets, and data. The role will develop security policies; oversee physical and cyber programs; conduct threat and vulnerability assessments; manage budgets; and coordinate with executives and external partners. You will build and mentor a high-performing security team, ensure regulatory and standards compliance, and promote organization-wide security awareness.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); 10+ years in security leadership
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and physical security
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills; CISSP, CISM, or CPP preferred
