Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Chief Security Officer to direct and manage all security operations across our stores. You will supervise a team of Security Supervisors, Loss Prevention Officers, and CCTV Operators to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and customers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an OND, Trade Test, or relevant Technical Training, along with 1 to 5 years of experience. Essential skills include strong leadership, surveillance management, incident investigation, risk assessment, effective decision-making, and the capacity to uphold integrity under pressure.
