We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO in shaping strategy and ensuring operational excellence. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages priorities and projects, prepares executive briefings, tracks key performance metrics, and represents the executive in meetings.

• 7+ years in strategy, operations, or program management
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven discretion, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex organizations
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
