Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Party to provide strategic leadership for a multi-year development program. The COP will oversee project implementation, ensure technical quality and compliance, manage budgets and donor relations, and build and mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior management experience in international development, demonstrated expertise in financial oversight and stakeholder management, proven experience with donor reporting, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The role requires readiness to travel and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
