Job Description
Briclinks Africa Plc is looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our financial operations. The successful candidate will possess significant experience and a strategic perspective to foster sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial management, budgeting, and planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and investment strategies.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and policies.
- Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years in senior financial positions; at least 3 years in an executive role.
