Job Description
The Africa Wealth Initiative (AWI) is dedicated to fostering human development by providing essential social and business services to critical economic sectors across Africa. Our mission is to drive transformation in Africa through advancements in Agri-Tech and Agribusiness. We are currently in search of a qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a full-time, on-site position in Afijio. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing operations, shaping strategic direction, managing financial resources, and ensuring overall operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrable track record of driving business growth. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
