Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify recipes to suit local preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
  • Interact with customers, gather feedback, and make adjustments to meet their preferences.
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, such as variations in customer demand or ingredient availability.
  • Bring creativity to the kitchen by experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • International passport
  • Secondary school Certificate
  • Police Report
  • University Degree License
  • Familiarity with Bulgarian culinary traditions and local ingredients is beneficial, especially if working in a restaurant that focuses on Bulgarian cuisine.
  • Possess strong cooking techniques, knife skills, and a good understanding of various cooking methods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Obtain necessary certifications related to food safety and kitchen hygiene.
  • Depending on the workplace, having a good command of Bulgarian or other relevant languages may be essential for effective communication.
  • Work well in a team and lead kitchen staff effectively.

Salary: ₦594,229.00 per month
