Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify recipes to suit local preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
- Interact with customers, gather feedback, and make adjustments to meet their preferences.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Adapt to changing circumstances, such as variations in customer demand or ingredient availability.
- Bring creativity to the kitchen by experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.
Requirements:
- International passport
- Secondary school Certificate
- Police Report
- University Degree License
- Familiarity with Bulgarian culinary traditions and local ingredients is beneficial, especially if working in a restaurant that focuses on Bulgarian cuisine.
- Possess strong cooking techniques, knife skills, and a good understanding of various cooking methods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Obtain necessary certifications related to food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Depending on the workplace, having a good command of Bulgarian or other relevant languages may be essential for effective communication.
- Work well in a team and lead kitchen staff effectively.
