Job Description
A reputable fine dining restaurant is currently seeking a skilled Chef / Pastry Chef to join our talented team. This dual role requires expertise in both savory and sweet dishes. As a Chef / Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating delectable and visually appealing meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute innovative recipes for the restaurant’s menu
- Prepare and present both savory and sweet dishes with exceptional attention to detail
- Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are always fresh and available
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends
- Strong creativity and passion for food
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
