Job Description
We are seeking a professional Chef to oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and staff supervision. The Chef will produce high-quality dishes, enforce sanitation and food safety standards, manage inventory, and work with management to develop seasonal menus.
- Requirements: culinary training or equivalent experience, demonstrated leadership, creativity, and strong time-management skills.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure consistent presentation and taste.
- Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of food safety regulations are preferred.
