Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, possess at least 3 years of culinary expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation and service of the food
- Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Keeping food station stocked especially before and during prime operations hours
- Verifies that all food storage units all meet standards and are constantly well managed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
