Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Chef to manage kitchen operations in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary: ₦100,00–₦200,00/month. Schedule: 6 days/week. Immediate start. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to recipes; ensure quality and portion control
• Plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain hygiene and equipment
• Minimize waste, ensure food safety, and coordinate kitchen staff

Requirements: Proven restaurant or hotel chef experience; strong food preparation and hygiene knowledge; creativity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
