Job Description
Our client, a flourishing restaurant located in Ikeja, is in search of a dynamic Chef de Partie to manage a designated section of the kitchen. In this role, you will uphold the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while ensuring adherence to hygiene practices and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Oversee food preparation, collaborate with kitchen staff, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and monitor inventory levels.
Requirements: Previous kitchen experience, solid culinary knowledge, strong teamwork abilities, and culinary certification is an advantageous asset.
Benefits: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), food allowance, service charge, and 15 days of annual leave.
