Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and talented Chef specializing in both culinary and pastry work. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delicious dishes and delectable desserts. As a Chef at our establishment, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality culinary and pastry creations, ensuring taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop new recipes and innovative menu items.
- Oversee the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ingredient and equipment procurement.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef, preferably with specialization in both culinary and pastry.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and pastry arts.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new recipes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
