Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, a Real Estate Company located at Victoria Island, Lagos, is currently seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports of purchases, sales, and expenses.
- Validation of source documents and payment vouchers before posting into the accounting software.
- Posting of customers’ payments into the Accounting Software.
- Preparation and remittance of tax and other returns to regulatory agencies within specified timeframes.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and maintenance of cash books.
- Detailed reconciliation of customers’ ledger accounts and follow-up of receivables.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Maintenance of accurate Fixed Asset Management records.
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial reports (Income statement, Cash flow, and Statement of Financial Position) within agreed timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional diligence, accuracy, and precision.
- Good people skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in accounting, finance, or any numerate course.

Salary: ₦350,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
