Job Description
GVA Partners is seeking a competent Change Manager to optimize our business processes and organizational structure, enhancing efficiency and service delivery. This role involves collaborating with management to swiftly implement strategies while minimizing staff resistance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in forecasting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, creating change management strategies, and coaching management for effective communication.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, 5 years’ experience in change management (preferably in IT projects within financial services), and proficiency in analytics and project management.
