Job Description

The Cashier will manage all transactions with customers and suppliers accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash, electronic payments, bank transfers, and credit transactions. Previous experience in a customer service role and cash register operations knowledge are required. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is a must to ensure smooth transactions and maximize customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A GCSE Credit in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
  • Intermediate IT skills in Excel and Word.
  • Till use and cash handling in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Experience with office systems, procedures, reconciliations, and banking knowledge.
  • Efficiency, attention to detail, and high accuracy in work.
  • Data retrieval, spreadsheet creation, and editing skills.
  • Team player with minimal supervision and a flexible work approach.
  • Positive response to pressure, problem-solving, and diverse personalities.
  • Customer care advocate with confidentiality awareness.
  • Experience with profit and loss accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦65,00.00 – ₦70,00.00 per month
