Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Cashier-Food & Beverage to join our team. As a Cashier-Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for handling transactions and providing excellent customer service in our food and beverage establishment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Operating cash registers and handling sales transactions accurately.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy in food and beverage items.
- Assisting with food and beverage preparation when required.
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards in the workplace.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in cashiering or the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
