Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Inventory and stock management
- Track all orders and ensure payment is made
- Manage transactions with customers (issue and validate tickets)
- Issue receipts, change or tickets
- Redeem vouchers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
- Must have basic computer knowledge and be customer satisfaction oriented
- Effective communication and Time Management skills
Work Schedule:
- We work round the clock
- Staff work in shifts, day and night
- The candidate will work day and night alternatively depending on the shift timetable
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
- Candidates must live around Ikeja
