Job Description
Diakonie Ruhr, a prominent leader in the social services sector, is actively seeking dedicated caregivers to enhance our committed team. With over 60 distinct services and a workforce of 3,00 employees, we specialize in providing exceptional care for the elderly, assistance for individuals with disabilities, support for addiction recovery, aid for refugees, services for the homeless, and programs for children and youth.
We are specifically looking for caregivers who can offer both individual and group support to individuals with dementia. The ideal candidates will have completed training under § 53c SGB XI, demonstrate strong empathy, and exemplify reliability and teamwork.
