Job Description
MIM Finance Company Limited is looking for seasoned Career Advisors to assist trainees with their career planning, job search strategies, and placement readiness. In this role, you will conduct both one-on-one and group counseling sessions, provide support with CV writing and interview preparation, and aid in career development planning. You will also collaborate with employers to pinpoint skills gaps and monitor the progress of trainees following their placement.
