Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Project & Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale capital projects and managing the infrastructure of our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for capital projects and infrastructure management
  • Managing the lifecycle of projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project goals and objectives
  • Leading a team of project managers and engineers
  • Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates to management
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in capital project management
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning and development
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software
