Job Description
Industrial Catering Services is seeking a dedicated Camp Boss to manage daily meal planning, preparation, and service for a workforce of 50-300 individuals. In this role, you will lead a team of 15-20 staff, including cooks, stewards, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. You will be responsible for conducting training on safety, hygiene, and service excellence while ensuring adherence to HACCP and ISO 2200 standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in camp or catering management, particularly in remote oil and gas environments, along with an HND in a related field. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
