Job Description
TopHire Africa is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hausa-speaking Contact Center Agent (CCA) to deliver exceptional service by efficiently responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in both Hausa and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications.
- Answer customer inquiries in Hausa and English.
- Address customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Accurately log customer interactions.
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Holder of a B.Sc degree (preferably Second Class Lower – 2:2).
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
- Exceptional verbal skills in Hausa and English.
Salary: N110,00 per month.
