Job Description

We seek a proactive Call Center Agent to manage phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries; provide accurate product and policy information; resolve complaints; document interactions; and support sales and operations. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, multitasks effectively, and maintains excellent telephone etiquette.

• Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc; 0–3 years customer service experience; NYSC eligible
• Location: Resident of Mushin, Oshodi, Ilupeju, or Gbagada (Lagos)
• Skills: Clear diction, strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, attention to detail, basic MS Office and internet proficiency
