Job Description
GLOBAL PROPERTY & FACILITIES INTERNATIONAL LTD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative. Your responsibilities include responding to customer requests, logging and tracking these requests, and ensuring resolution within the SLA.
You will manage the PPM schedule, build relationships, and document interactions per standard operating procedures. Previous experience in Call Center or Work Order Administration (2 years required) and proficiency in French are essential.
The position offers a permanent contract with a salary starting from ₦120,00.00 per month.
